1. What 9io Is

9io.dev (“9io”, “we”, “us”) is an on-chain intelligence tool. We collect, score, and present publicly available Solana blockchain data — whale wallet activity, token metrics, and exit signals. By accessing 9io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

9io is not a trading platform, exchange, broker, or financial advisor. We do not hold, manage, or move your funds. We do not execute trades. We do not tell you what to buy or sell.

2. Not Financial Advice

Everything 9io provides — scores, signals, wallet data, alerts — is information, not advice. It is not investment, financial, legal, or trading advice, and must not be relied on as such. Nothing on 9io is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. All decisions you make are entirely your own. Always do your own research (DYOR).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use 9io. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement and that using crypto tools is legal where you live.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use 9io for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or market manipulation.
• Hack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its APIs.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish 9io’s data or paid content without permission.
• Misrepresent 9io’s data or present it as your own signal service.

5. Crypto Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency — especially meme coins and early-stage tokens — is extremely high risk. Prices are volatile, many tokens go to zero, and scams are common. 9io helps you read on-chain activity, but it cannot predict prices or guarantee any outcome. You may lose some or all of the money you put into any token. 9io is not responsible for any financial loss you incur. Never risk more than you can afford to lose.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• 9io offers free access and paid tiers. Paid access is billed in crypto (SOL/USDC) on-chain.
• Because payments are on-chain and grant immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise.
• Founding-member and promotional offers are limited and subject to their own stated terms.
• We will communicate pricing changes in advance where reasonably possible.

7. Service “As Is”

9io is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Data comes from third-party sources (blockchain RPCs, data APIs) and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the service will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9io and its operator are not liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, downtime, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Your use of 9io is at your own risk.

9. Privacy

Your use of 9io is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

10. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
