Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 08. 08. 2026
In short
9io tracks public on-chain data, not you. We collect the minimum needed to run the service (email, and a wallet address only if you choose to give one). We never sell your data. Crypto payments mean no bank or card details pass through us. You can request your data or its deletion at any time.
1. Introduction
9io.dev (“9io”, “we”, “us”) provides Solana on-chain intelligence — whale wallet tracking, gem scoring, and exit signals based on publicly available blockchain data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. By using 9io, you agree to the practices described here.
2. What We Collect
We collect only what the service needs to function:
- Account & contact data: Email address (for access, founding-member applications, and service emails). Optionally a username.
- Wallet address (optional): Only if you choose to provide one — for subscription verification, future rewards, or custom tracking. You are never required to connect a wallet to browse.
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and access times — collected via analytics and server logs to keep the service secure and improve it.
- Payment data: Subscriptions are paid in crypto (SOL/USDC) directly on-chain. We record the transaction and your subscription tier — we do not collect or store bank details, credit card numbers, or KYC documents.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. 9io is not intended for minors.
3. On-Chain Data — Important Clarification
9io analyzes public Solana blockchain data — wallet activity, token holdings, and transactions that are already visible to anyone on-chain. This is not personal data about our users; it is public ledger information. Tracking a whale wallet’s public activity is no different from viewing it on any block explorer. We never link on-chain wallets to real-world identities.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To provide access to the service and deliver signals (web, email, Telegram).
- To verify subscriptions and process crypto payments.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
- To improve features and understand which content is useful.
- To send service-related emails (and, only if you opt in, occasional updates).
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with the services that make 9io run:
- Infrastructure & data providers (e.g. hosting, blockchain data APIs, analytics) — to operate and secure the service.
- Communication tools (email delivery, Telegram) — to send you the signals and messages you request.
- Legal authorities — only if required by valid legal process.
These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
6. Data Security
We use encryption, access controls, and rate limiting to protect data, and we minimize what we collect in the first place. Because payments are on-chain and we hold no card or bank data, the sensitive-data surface is small by design. That said, no online service can guarantee 100% security, and we cannot promise absolute protection against every possible breach.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent or opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these, contact us at the address in Section 10. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
8. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, and analytics (to see which pages are useful). You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work fully without them.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. If you close your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data except where we are legally required to retain certain records. Public on-chain data is not deleted, as it exists independently on the blockchain.
10. Changes & Contact
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Significant changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date, and where appropriate we’ll notify users by email.
